PopUpTraffic.com is a good, easy to manage, and simple to implement pay per impression pop up program that pays $3 per thousand impressions. The only customizable option is whether the pop up opens behind or on top of your page. Other than that you really don't have control over what random ads are displayed. Your payments are sent monthly, 10 days after the close of the period (1st till end of month). The pop-up code they use is very easy to add to your site (only one or two lines). Their only stats are ample, but not quite as elaborate or indepth as other affiliate networks. If you are planning on using pop-ups on your site, this would be a good option.
